A story about being moved by my client when I set out to move them [Okawa]

Hello, everyone!

Going straight into a bit of a poem (smile)

Where is All Ones Life headed? What is our vision?

”To become Japan’s leading real estate company at the very top of both CX (customer experience) and EX (employee experience).”

That is our goal.

For 14 years we have run on referrals only — our 100% customer-first stance has never changed.

We tell every new team member, repeatedly: “Think from the customer’s heart and act on it.”

Members take that to heart in every interaction, and clients have been very pleased.

Lately something incredibly happy happened!

Our rental team member, Okawa-chan

Just over a year since she joined. A surprise career change — from working at a greengrocer to a real estate company (smile).

At first she didn’t know left from right; she got plenty of pointed feedback in client work, lots of frustration.

But her growth recently has been remarkable. Beyond simply offering good properties, her attentive care — and above all her unwavering customer focus — has sent client satisfaction soaring.

And recently —

Surprise!! Out of nowhere!!

We received from a client a gift and a heartfelt letter.

Yes, the client is wonderful — but the fact that Okawa-chan does work that earns a letter like this made us truly happy!!

Trying to move our customer, we ended up being moved ourselves. I’m sure Okawa-chan was thrilled too.

Going forward, through homes that matter to our clients, Okawa-chan will keep delivering happiness.
