I’m Sawada, in my first year. Mostly rentals and property management. Hobby: baseball (Seibu Lions), recently golf.
Q: Why AOL?
In my previous sales job, I felt the organization prioritised numbers over client value. Matsuzaki’s “customer-first” philosophy at AOL felt genuinely systematized, matching the future I wanted.
Q: What I value
“Do the obvious better than obvious in every action.” Reading what each client wants in conversation.
Q: Gap between expectations and reality?
Even more customer-focused than I imagined. No sales quotas. We think about the client more than the client themselves.
Q: A happy moment
When a client said “I’m glad it was you, Sawada” after the contract was finalized.
Q: Future goals
Become someone people refer their friends to, fast. Learning online/SNS communication too.
