With remote work expanding he had returned to his distant family home, but when in-office work resumed, he urgently needed a place.

He was temporarily staying with a friend, but couldn’t overstay — so the move had to happen extremely fast.

He came in for the hearing, and that same day viewed and decided on a place — that was the pace.

His new home is in his favourite neighbourhood, and he was delighted that both work and private life were now set up to thrive even more!
