Q: Self-introduction — 5th year at AOL. Rental brokerage and management. Weekends with 2-year-old. Trick: identifying listings from floorplans alone.
Q: Why AOL? — Matsuzaki’s son is my junior high classmate. Previous job was investment property sales with hard quotas and exaggerated sales talk.
Q: Any gap? — None. Openness at AOL — you can speak your mind even to Matsuzaki.
Q: What I value — Detailed attention so clients never feel uneasy. Memorize their small mentions. Check listings daily.
Q: A happy moment — “Next time I move, I want Kudo again.” Also bumped from 5th to 1st in reservations thanks to relationship trust.
Q: Goals — Raise close-rate on premium rentals (¥500k+).
