Q Self-intro — 4th year. Raised in Yokohama Tsuzuki, lives in Musashi-Urawa. Weekends with 10-month-old. Hobbies: futsal, bouldering, saunas. Main: sales properties.

Q Why AOL — At 24, worked on Matsuzaki’s home renovation. Years later, AOL was hiring. Joined for “no pushy selling”.

Q Gap — Almost none. No individual revenue targets.

Q What I value — Client’s perspective. “I want to see clients happy!”

Q Strength — Mortgages. “If I were buying this myself, what would I do?”

Q Happy moment — Baby shower gift from a client whose home I helped purchase.

Q Goals — Get Takken certification this year. Build marketing-driven info delivery.
